Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and contact vendors and brokers in the market for procuring vehicles at competitive prices
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and brokers to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Arrange for the timely delivery of vehicles to meet customer demand
- Monitor vehicle schedules and ensure vehicles are in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of all vehicle-related transactions and payments
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure efficient coordination of logistics operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the market and vendors/brokers for procuring vehicles
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
