Site Supervisor

We are searching for construction supervisor to oversee construction crews at our company

We are looking to employ a dedicated, a reliable, deadline-driven and experienced site supervisor to oversee interior works and supervise the team.
- You will be monitoring on-site day-to-day activities and reporting the progress status to the OfficeManager. Besides, you will be keeping a watchful eye on the Contractors as well as SiteWorkers.
- Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures
- Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
- Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.
- Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Assesses safety and finance goals.
- Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors.
- Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
- Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
- Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
- Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
- Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Supervising and instructing the working team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
