**Bambinos is looking for experienced or certified PHONICS Educators Public Speaking and Creative Writing Educators who can visit gated communities and conduct offline classes.**

Essential Requirements
- Must have a good laptop
- Should take care of his/her own commute within a 10 km radius

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the vision and purpose of Bambinos. live and align with the vision
- Manage students effectively in the classroom and motivate/encourage students
- Tailor teaching methods to suit the difference in the competency of students
- Monitor and assess the progress of students, setting goals for improvement
- Build rapport with both students and parents through effective communication
- Conduct Classes as per schedule, including any substitutions assigned for the day maintaining the standards of teaching and student engagement
- Collaborate with other educators and SMEs virtually
- Attend training and professional development programs as and when planned
- Ensure compliance and adherence to company’s policies including cyber security

Education + Experience

Minimum Qualification:

- Graduation from a reputed university.
- B. Ed and/or teacher training programs are an added advantage.
- Command over spoken and written English
