**Position**: MS Ophthalmologist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**: Conduct thorough eye examinations, diagnose ocular diseases and disorders, and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- **Surgical Procedures**: Perform ophthalmic surgeries, including cataract extraction, glaucoma management, refractive surgeries, and other anterior and posterior segment procedures.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including optometrists, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
- **Patient Education**: Provide clear and compassionate education to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, surgical procedures, and postoperative care.
- **Quality Assurance**: Adhere to the protocols and standards set forth by the NABH to maintain the highest levels of patient safety and care quality.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ophthalmology through continuous medical education and integrate new techniques and treatments into practice as appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: MS in Ophthalmology from a recognized medical institution.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-MS, with proficiency in performing a variety of ophthalmic surgeries.
- **Licensure**: Valid medical license to practice in India.
- **Skills**: Strong diagnostic capabilities, surgical skills, excellent communication, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
