Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and Sell Products:

- Promote and sell gynecology products such as hormonal therapies, contraceptive products, menstrual health solutions, and other related medications and devices.
- Provide accurate and detailed information on product benefits, usage, and administration to gynecologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Establish Relationships:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists, doctors, pharmacists, and medical professionals.
- Organize and conduct product presentations, meetings, and seminars for healthcare providers.
- Achieve Sales Targets:

- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
- Analyze the market and identify potential customers to increase sales opportunities.
- Monitor Market Trends:

- Stay updated on the latest trends in gynecology, including competitor products, market demands, and new treatment options.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs and market insights.
- Training and Education:

- Educate healthcare professionals on the proper usage and benefits of the products.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay updated on product information and industry developments.
- Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product performance.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications in marketing or business are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative roles, preferably with a focus on gynecology products.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of gynecology-related treatments, products, and medical terminology.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and adaptable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
