Mining Mate

Location: Either of the Mines (Antela, Buchara, Rampura, Karohi)
- Responsible for efficient follow up of execution of the assigned work and strong reporting to the Mining Head.
- Observe safety and quality system with all associated in the team.
- Draw work plans and give instructions to the team down the line regarding the execution of work and deployment.
- Supervise the use of equipments by the project staff.
- Execute and supervise drilling and blasting operations.
- Optimize execution - maximize hourly production and minimize delays with a pro active approach.
- Draw daily and weekly reports.
- Stern follow up on work execution and rosters of the crew.
- Should be an efficient hand to the team and the Organization.+

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
