We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Advisor to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).
**Client's business problem to solve?**
- Strategize & Build Sales Assets for automotive/ Telecom business growth.
- Strengthen the value proposition through group company services/value adds.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to drive high quality collaboration and communication globally across group companies and extended teams
- Manage & own offshore operations both from resource & task perspective - Interact with Onsite team to understand requirements and execute the same through offshore.
- Experience in handling Global (multi-geographic) RFXs - Identify, initiate, drive strategy & collaborate with stakeholders to develop winning proposals.
- Lead/Build RFI/RFP responses together with the solution experts.
- Serve as liaison between the group company resources to improve sales, generate pipeline, and monitor the program performance and growth.
- Responsible for all deliverables churned out from Offshore - Review the presales deliverables from a solution and sales standpoint, provide appropriate feedback, support to improve the offshore operations.
- Report to Onsite team on a regular basis w.r.t. Offshore activities & plans - Status of tasks & action plan for closure.

- Independently determines approach for managing team's daily operations.
- Focuses on influencing and delivering compelling sales proposals that align with NTT DATA standards and the customer's objectives.
- Provides guidance and recommendations to team on various operational issues.
- Utilizes a variety of data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Promotes collaboration and accountability to meet team goals.
- Keeps leadership team informed and up-to-date on achievement of team objectives.
**Requirements for this role include**:
- Preferred Skills
- Over 10+ years of IT Services experience (Previous managerial/leadership experience not required.)
- Experience in Automotive/ Telecom domain (Preferable)
- Expertise in Sales Operations/ Presales
- Knowledge on IT services value chain and Portfolio
- Minimum Education and Certifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Postgraduate (MBA) degree also preferred.

- Ability to motivate and drive team performance.
- Strong project management and process improvement skills.
- Strong understanding of the customer/industry climate.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.

- Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client.
Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 10:00pm IST) depend of the work schedule. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
