Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures in Biology for NEET aspirants (Classes 11, 12, and droppers).
- Develop and update study materials, assignments, and test papers aligned with the NEET syllabus.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Identify students’ weak areas and provide additional support to enhance their understanding.
- Maintain a disciplined and conducive learning environment in the classroom.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the NEET syllabus and exam patterns.

Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Biology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in NEET coaching or a similar setting.
- Strong command over the NEET Biology syllabus and exam patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; ability to teach effectively in English.
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.

Compensation

Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional performance-based incentives may be offered.
