Conduct quality checks and assurance of every document before it gets dispatched to the client.
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
- Developing, implementing, and communicating quality standards for quality checks and assurance of the documents to the service development team and other appropriate staff
- Identifies and analyzes the issue, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when the problem recurs in multiple documents, and recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Developing a workflow for delivery inspection
- Make recommendations for improvement
- Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.
- Create training materials and operating manuals.
- Training other quality assurance members on all inspection processes.
- Working with a range of colleagues within the company to ensure that your products will have a successful launch and manufacturing life.

Responsible for Reports & Documentation with respect to ISO 9001: 2015 with QC.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,519.79 - ₹33,977.81 per month
