**Position**: Content Designer
**Experience**: 3-5 years (or as appropriate)
**Responsibilities**:
- Solve sticky problems with human-centered design thinking, and communicate solutions with language and storytelling
- Translate complicated concepts into clear in-product copy with empathy and creativity, remembering that there is rarely one “right” answer
- Navigate ambiguity; not all projects will be clearly defined, and it will be up to you to make sense of what's unsaid
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, engineers, marketers, data science, product managers, and other stakeholders across tech and ops
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities, keeping stakeholders up-to-date
- Create, maintain, and evolve content guidelines
- Champion the RidenRoll brand voice and style
- Help establish product strategy and vision
**Experience**:
- 4+ years of content design-related experience and exceptional writing abilities
- A thorough understanding of UX principles, microcopy, and content design principles
- A systems mind that considers not just copy, but the end-to-end user experience
- Ability to understand and discuss strategy, metrics, and results
- Experience with design tools (e.g. Figma)
- Knowledge of accessibility and ESL best practices
- A collaborative, proactive, growth mindset
- Ability to approach work with curiosity, humor, and humility
