**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential B2B clients (employers, HR consultants, staffing agencies) for business development.
- Conduct field visits and meetings to present and promote company services and product offerings.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with their hiring needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Generate and manage leads through cold calling, referrals, and local networking.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
- Provide timely updates and reports on field activity and client feedback.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years or any fresher of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B or recruitment services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with the Indore market and local business landscape.
- Byasic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
