We are a growing manufacturer of premium wall décor products, catering to both OEM clients and direct-to-consumer online markets. Our focus is on innovation, quality, and timeless design. As we expand, we're looking for a passionate and skilled Product Designer who can bring fresh ideas, lead new developments, and grow with us long-term.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Lead the design and development of new wall décor products from concept to prototype.
- Working with OEM clients to understand and translate their design requirements into market-ready products.
- Research market trends and consumer preferences to propose innovative and commercially viable products.
- Coordinate with production and marketing teams to ensure designs align with manufacturing capabilities and brand direction for e-commerce platforms.
- Develop detailed product visualizations, mood boards, mockups, and presentations.
- Maintain consistency in design language across product lines and branding.
- Take ownership of design projects and mentor junior team members if needed.

**KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience in product design, preferably in home décor or lifestyle categories.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of 3D design software such as SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to work effectively with internal teams and OEM clients.
- Strong leadership qualities with a solution-oriented and proactive mindset.
- A creative thinker with a deep understanding of design trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with timelines and deliverables.
- Passion for design and a desire to build a long-term career within the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
