Core Roles & Responsibilities

**1. Mobile App Development (React Native)**
- Build and maintain mobile apps for Android & iOS.
- Create responsive screens with React Native (components, hooks, navigation).
- Ensure smooth performance and animations.

**2. Backend Development (Python + FastAPI)**
- Develop REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Write scalable and high-performance backend logic.
- Use asynchronous programming for faster response.

**3. Database Work**
- Connect and work with databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Handle data models, queries, and performance tuning.

**4. External Services Integration**
- Connect app and backend with services like Firebase, AWS SNS, push notifications, SMS gateways, and cloud storage.

**5. DevOps Collaboration**
- Work with DevOps team for deployments.
- Use tools like Docker & GitHub Actions.
- Understand CI/CD pipelines to automate builds and deployments.

**6. Testing & Debugging**
- Write and run unit/integration tests.
- Debug issues in both mobile app and backend.
- Maintain app security and stability.

**7. Agile Development**
- Participate in Agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and planning.
- Work with team on Git (version control).
- Do code reviews to maintain quality.

**8. Code Quality & Architecture**
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
- Follow good architecture practices for scalability.

Bonus / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Implement secure login with JWT.
- Work with real-time features (sockets, background jobs).
- Style apps using Tailwind CSS or Styled Components.
- Optimize frontend and backend performance.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
