Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement retail network development strategies to support the company's growth objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute retail projects that align with the company's brand and customer experience
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential retail locations and make recommendations for expansion
- Manage the end-to-end process of retail projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management
- Ensure all retail projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Monitor and report on the progress of retail projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail design to continuously improve the company's retail spaces

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail network development or retail design
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Knowledge of retail design principles and trends
- Ability to travel as needed for project site visits and meetings

Additional Parameters:

- Experience in the retail industry, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector
- Knowledge of local market trends and regulations in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Experience in managing retail projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve to overcome challenges in retail projects
