We are seeking a talented and creative freelance graphic designer to join our team and assist us in designing engaging and impactful Facebook and Google Ads. As a freelance graphic designer, you will collaborate with our marketing team to develop visually appealing and effective advertisements that effectively communicate our brand's message to our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.

Design visually appealing and compelling Facebook and Google Ads that align with the brand's identity and marketing objectives.

Create ad concepts, storyboards, and mock-ups to present ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.

Develop innovative and attention-grabbing designs that capture the essence of the brand and resonate with the target audience.

Ensure that all designs adhere to the specifications and requirements of the respective advertising platforms (Facebook and Google).

Optimize designs for different ad formats and placements, considering various devices and screen sizes.

Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to integrate compelling visuals with persuasive ad copy.

Stay updated with current design trends, industry best practices, and advertising guidelines for Facebook and Google Ads.

Review and provide feedback on performance metrics and user feedback to continually improve ad designs and optimize campaign results.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on designing Facebook and Google Ads.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative designs, including ads for social media platforms.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant tools.

In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms, including their respective ad specifications and requirements.

Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques for advertising campaigns.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines and design specifications accurately.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 per month
