- Managing daily travel bookings for clients including flights, hotels, bus, train, cabs, visa, travel insurance and others
- Manage end to end visa services of customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices
- Comfortable with MS tools & especially Excel
