We are looking for a Shift InCharge - Cold Storage Department for our Naga Hanuman Fish Packers.

Job Location: Anandapuram, Palavalasa, Visakhapatnam

**Job Type**: Permanent

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily operations and team activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and temperature control of perishable goods.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, conduct periodic checks, and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate loading/unloading activities with dispatch/logistics teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, hygiene protocols, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain records related to shift operations, material movement, and staff attendance.
- Handle shift handovers effectively, updating the next shift on pending tasks/issues.
- Train and guide workers to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date for audit and compliance purposes.

Education & Experience
- Educational background Graduation or relevant field is an advantage.
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in cold storage or warehouse operations.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or shift in-charge role is preferred.
