Accounts Assistant

**Preparing financial reports**: Create financial statements, budgets, and other reports
- **Managing accounts**: Handle accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile accounts with bank statements
- **Processing payments**: Prepare and process invoices and payments, and track hours for payroll
- **Setting up tax returns**: Complete and submit forms for tax remittance, workers' compensation, and pension contributions
- **Maintaining records**: Maintain company records and files, including inventory and asset records
- **Providing support**: Assist accountants and other staff, and provide personal bookkeeping services
- **Reviewing financial statements**: Review financial statements and make corrections
- **Using accounting software**: Use accounting software to collect data and enter information into accounting systems
- **Addressing discrepancies**: Ensure that financial records are accurate and address any discrepancies
- **Performing administrative tasks**: Take notes at meetings and perform other administrative tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
