- Role & Responsibilities
- Work with Delivery Leader, Delivery Manager and lulu stakeholders for transformation program
- Understand the landscape and transformation details committed in the solution response
- Develop transformation roadmap, review with QT Delivery leader and publish the roadmap to lulu
- Prioritize the transformation initiatives
- Implement and track the transformation progress
- Report the transformation status to QT & lulu stakeholders
