J**ob Summary**: Premium Insurance Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of premium insurance accounts through thorough auditing and voice based interactions with the insurer and the agency where required. Trivium is a provider of insurance auditing services, committed to ensuring accuracy and compliance within the insurance industry. We specialize in premium audits to verify policyholder information and assess insurance risks. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the Premium Insurance Audit-Voice Process role.

**Reports to**: Subject Matter Expert

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To gather data from insured’s place of business to be reported to the carrier, which will determine an accurate premium base for policy.
- Conduct various types of audits by reviewing the insured's business operations, including examining.
- Verifying and recording pertinent classification related data from financial/business records
- Work with accounts of high premium size and complexity.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving audit processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or fraudulent activities in premium insurance accounts and escalate them to the relevant departments for further investigation.
- Properly applies manual rulings which impact business and employee classifications

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of NCCI and ISO guidelines will be preferred.
- General accounting skills (ADP, QuickBooks, Paychex, and GUSTO)
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook/Mailbox)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct business professionally and positively with third party accountants or insurance agents/brokers for the insured
- Previous experience in premium insurance auditing, preferably in a voice process environment.
- Ability to take feedback positively and make corrections and changes to improve

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in AR voice process.
- Excellent English spoken, written, listening, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including accounting software and MS Excel.
- Experience in property & casualty insurance audits is desirable.
- Trained in voice and accent training would be an added advantage.
