**Production**
- To adhere shift plan V/s actual in their line.
- To do setting in machine as per schedule and approval should get from QC for setting.
- To check availability of proper tools and gauges before setting is started.
- To maintain run chart and tally sheet.

**Quality**
- To control the rejection in their line and analyze the root cause, rejection qty hand over to shift supervisor.
- To educate and train the fellow operators and assist them for smoother machine operation

**Maintenance**
- During breakdown of machines, inform to supervisor, and follow-up for the quicker machine recovery.
- To maintain the cutting oil filling format.

**Tools**
- To maintain the tools change frequency record.
- To select and use the right tools, gauges and other accessories.
- To get the approval for the product from QC after setting including tool change, breakdown etc
- Worn-out Tools be returned to concern stock in-charge
- To plan and ensure product-wise tool in advance, to avoid machine down time.

**5’s**
- To maintain 1s, 2s & 5’s in your support area.

**Kaizen**
- To monitor the kaizen improvement in their line like( cycle time, reduction, rejection control, material handling)

**Training & development**
- To train the sub-ordinate/fresher/new employee/
- To ensure On-the-Job training given to junior employee.
- To monitor the fellow operator’s performance and improve them.

**CNC Programming (Applicable CNC Operation only)**
- To derive Product wise programme.
- To discuss with respective in-charge in case of any alternation in the program and sought for pre-approval.
- Programme details should not be shown or shared to un-authorized persons.
- Program shall not be mis-used or copied for un-authorized usage.

**Other Responsibilities**
