**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and analyze data from digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or others.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, A/B testing, and other strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings, trends, and insights for senior management and stakeholders.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to assess the performance of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Participate in the budgeting process by analyzing past performance and forecasting future marketing trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an analytical role.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer segmentation analysis.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) for data analysis is an advantage.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and marketing tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
