**Position Overview**

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled **Graphic Design Faculty** to teach degree and diploma students. The role involves conducting engaging classes, mentoring students on projects, assisting in social media content creation, and coordinating internal and university examinations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct theory and practical sessions for **degree and diploma students** in Graphic Design.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, workshops, and demonstrations aligned with the syllabus.
- Guide students in academic projects, design assignments, and portfolio development.
- Coordinate, plan, and execute **internal examinations and university assessments**.
- Assess and evaluate student performance; provide constructive feedback.
- Assist the institute’s media team by **editing reels and social media posts** to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and update teaching materials, ensuring integration of latest industry practices and software.
- Encourage student creativity, discipline, and professional readiness.
- Collaborate with coordinators and management to maintain academic standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Applied Arts or related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and social media content creation is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Previous teaching/training experience desirable.
- Ability to balance academic duties with creative support for institute promotions.

**Work Options**
