Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and reliable individual to join our team as a Civil Store Helper. The Civil Store Helper will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our construction projects by managing materials and supplies within the civil store. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Organize and store materials in designated locations within the civil store to ensure efficient retrieval and utilization.
- Prepare materials and supplies for distribution to construction sites according to project requirements.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials.
- Keep the civil store clean, organized, and free from hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the disposal of waste materials in compliance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate material needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries in the workplace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall objectives of the construction project.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry, is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and recording inventory.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping purposes.
- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required, depending on the location of the construction site.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
