Renewables and Sustainability Internship

_The Firstgreen Consulting, is a sustainability consulting firm that provides services to building owners, developers, design teams and contractors to achieve their performance goals._Our team is trusted in the green building industry as a leader who provides technical expertise to enable project teams to realize long-term sustainable building benefits. With over 12-years of experience managing projects that pursue green building certification, of different building types, located across the country, Firstgreen has a deep understanding of the approach needed to manage the certification needs for our clients. _Green Building /Sustainability Intern position profile_ join our team Firstgreen is excited at the prospect to hire a new team member with at least 1year of experience managing projects that pursue green building certification such as LEED, GRIHA, IGBC, TRUE, WELL, EDGE and/or other similar rating systems.
- Position based at Gurgaon
- Valued skillsets include:_
- Experience managing projects from early in design through construction.
- Good understanding of green building certification standards.
- Well versed in Microsoft, Adobe and some experience with Revit.
- Effective communication, organization, strategic planning, problem solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to review architectural plans and contractor submittals.
- Attributes that would be nice to have but not required are energy and carbon emission analysis, corporate sustainability reporting, engineering or other credentials.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
