**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Content Strategy Execution**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute a cohesive content marketing strategy.
- Develop short-term and long-term content plans to enhance our digital presence organically.

**Content Creation**
- Draft, review, and finalize a variety of content, including but not limited to:

- Blog posts
- Website copy
- Brochure content
- Guidebooks/handbooks
- Social media posts
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and objectives.

**Research & Originality**
- Utilize provided reference materials and visit official websites to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
- Translate research into compelling, original pieces of content tailored to our audience.

**Collaboration & Feedback**
- Coordinate with team members to discuss and finalize content writing tasks for short-, medium-, and long-term projects.
- Incorporate feedback from the team to refine and polish drafts into publish-ready content.

**Content Optimization**
- Ensure all written content is optimized for SEO where applicable.
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements to content strategies.

**Editing & Proofreading**
- Review and edit content for grammar, style, and accuracy.
- Ensure all materials are error-free and maintain the highest quality standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in content writing and editing, preferably in the education or healthcare sectors.
- Familiarity with creating content for diverse platforms (websites, blogs, marketing materials).

**Skills**:

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and content management systems.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in education, healthcare, or related industries.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva (optional but beneficial).
- Familiarity with analytics tools for content performance tracking.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
