Job Title: Office Boy

Location: Mahape Navi Mumbai

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including workstations, common areas, and restrooms.

Assist with setting up meeting rooms for conferences, presentations, and staff meetings.

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.

Deliver and collect office documents and packages.

Organize office supplies, maintain stock levels, and report shortages to the supervisor.

Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling according to office policies.

Run errands, such as posting letters, and managing courier deliveries.

Maintain office equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate person.

Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the office staff.

Maintain confidentiality and handle office materials in a professional manner.

Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office support role is a plus but not required.

Good communication skills and the ability to interact politely with staff and visitors.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to various tasks as needed.

Good time management skills.

Basic understanding of office equipment and maintenance.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry light to moderate items such as office supplies and documents.

Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods as required by the role.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM]

**Salary**:
8,000 to 12,000Rs.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,166.09 per month

Schedule:
