**About Us**:
Ultrapolis Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. is a growing pharmaceutical organization with a PAN-India presence in the pediatric segment. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales department and drive business growth.

**Experience**:

- **6-7 years**of experience in sales coordination or related roles.

**Salary Range**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales from existing clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients effectively.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize business opportunities.
- Maintain and increase average order volume.
- Ensure client retention and regular reorders.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve client issues promptly.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (minimum qualification).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in negotiation, follow-up, and persuasion.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
