The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive or team, ensuring efficient operation and effective communication. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain MD mail, replaying to to clients mail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate with the internal employees to get data for tender filling and PQ form filling.
- Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication skill and mail drafting.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Able to work under pressure while managing multiple deadlines efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
