**Job Description: Manual Tester**
**Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days (mandatory)**

**Location**: Belapur, Mumbai
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
**Budget**: Up to ₹5 LPA

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute manual test cases to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Identify, document, and report defects and inconsistencies in software.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand system requirements and testing needs.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test data based on requirements.
- Conduct regression, functional, and system testing as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years of relevant experience in manual testing.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools for defect tracking and reporting.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Interview Process**:

- **First Round**: Telephonic Interview.
- **Final Round**: Face-to-face interview at our Mumbai (Belapur) location.
