**Location - Zone-1, Maharana Pratap Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462011**

**Experience - [1-3 yr.]**

We are seeking a experienced Facebook & Google AdWords Specialist - Paid Marketing Strategist with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team.

As an SEM - Paid Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic paid marketing campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads platforms, to drive traffic, increase conversions and maximize ROI.

**Job Role / Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic paid marketing campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads platforms
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy
- Develop ad creative, landing pages, and other campaign assets to drive engagement and conversions
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including key metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that campaigns align with overall marketing and business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend new strategies for improving campaign performance

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEM - Paid Marketing with a focus on Google and Facebook Ads
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid marketing campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of keyword research, ad creation and optimization, and performance analysis
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross
- functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

**Skills**: - Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google AdWords, PPC, and Facebook Marketing

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Digital marketing or a related field any other relevant filed.
- Proven Experience in digital marketing with a strong SEO, SEM ,Social media marketing and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision - making

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
