**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum.
- Instruct students on the importance of critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills in the field of commerce.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and instructional methods.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and challenges.
- Stay updated with advancements in the field of commerce and incorporate relevant information into lessons.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Commerce or related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of technology for instructional purposes.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Junagad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
