Introduction:
Manage the structure payment operations, life cycle events pertaining to structure notes, clearing and client services for various products across investment bank middle office.

What will you be doing?
- Manage structure payment operations - Reconciliations across various products within investment banking business.
- Structure Payment Operations - Deal with payments approvals, stock deliveries to IPA/client etc.
- Oversight on reconciliations performed as a part of organizations control framework to mitigate risks around UT, Missing trades, PNL/MTM mismatches, technical issues in flows between FO and BO.
- Suggest and Implement improvements from a control and efficiency perspective and confirming to the required risk and control policies of Barclays
- Interacting with business partners to ensure a consistent approach to client service and seek optimal solutions for our clients
- Team management, accountable for BAU deliverables
- MIS and Risk reporting - Arrange for MIS reporting and risk call handling with global stake holders.

What we’re looking for:

- Extensive investment banking operations experience of ~10 to 12 yrs. In depth knowledge of investment banking processes and Operations.
- Working experience in Settlements / payments operations / reconciliations (Nostro, Depot & Balance Sheet)
- Knowledge on handling different Swift messages etc is desired
- Good client services experience.
- Solid experience of across various investment banking products but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in business process reengineering.
- Strong track record of execution and results, high level of drive to meet deadlines and targets.
- Front to Back trade flow knowledge
