Job Title: BIM Architect

Location: Sultanpur, New Delhi

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement BIM strategies for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to produce BIM models, drawings, and documentation.
- Manage and maintain BIM standards and workflows.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution within BIM models.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in BIM implementation within architectural projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or other industry-standard tools.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Professional certifications related to BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
- Experience with BIM coordination and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles in BIM workflows.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
