About the Role:
We are urgently hiring enthusiastic and compassionate Patient Engagement & Sales Associates to join the team at leading hospitals in Delhi/NCR. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about patient care and have a flair for healthcare sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with patients and their families to provide courteous and supportive assistance
- Promote hospital services, wellness programs, and treatment packages to patients
- Coordinate patient admissions, appointment scheduling, and treatment plans
- Drive sales conversions while maintaining a strong focus on patient satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between patients and hospital departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding hospital offerings and payment plans

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales (Healthcare or Health Insurance background preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive patient interactions
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)
- Confident, presentable, and a quick learner

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Business preferred)
