**Job Summary**:
An IB Early Years Educator is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children based on the IB Early Years curriculum framework. The educator should create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual needs of each child.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**:

- Design and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities based on the IB Early Years curriculum.
- Foster inquiry-based learning and play to stimulate children's curiosity and creativity.
- Integrate the key elements of the IB Learner Profile into daily activities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies that promote positive social interactions and emotional development.
- Encourage independence and self-regulation skills.
- **Assessment and Reporting**:

- Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor and document children's progress.
- Provide regular feedback to parents on their child's development.
- Contribute to written reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive learning community.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent workshops.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Establish and maintain open and positive communication with parents.
- Provide information about the curriculum, classroom activities, and the child's progress.
- **Child Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the health and safety of children in the classroom.
- Follow health and safety protocols and respond appropriately to medical situations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification or licensure.
- Familiarity with the IB Early Years curriculum.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.

- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and adaptability in planning and implementing activities.
- Patience and a nurturing approach to working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
