**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify Potential Guests**:
Research and build a pipeline of suitable guests including industry experts, thought leaders, influencers, entrepreneurs, and creatives.
- **Outreach & Communication**:

- **Scheduling & Coordination**:
Manage guest scheduling, confirmations, and logistics to ensure smooth podcast recordings.
- **Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with past and potential guests.
- **Collaboration with the Podcast Team**:
Work closely with the host, producer, and marketing team to align guest selection with podcast themes and content strategy.
- **Follow-Ups & Documentation**:
Maintain detailed records of outreach, follow-ups, confirmations, and guest details using spreadsheets or CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in **outreach, influencer coordination, PR, or guest management**:

- Strong verbal and written **communication skills**:

- Basic understanding of **podcast formats, guest dynamics, and audience relevance**.
