Position - CEC Non 811 VKYC-Officer
- 1-2 years with 6 months which should to be in customer service role - Understanding of

call center industry an advantage

Key Requirements
- To Attend the inbound calls / Make Outbound Calls to customers in UVKYC and process the Vidoe KYC for the customer, keeping process & soft skills in mind
- To identify and convert the opportunities for cross-selling (banking product) on customer's call
- Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Ensure customer “delight” and consistent service experience, ensuring correct and complete procedures are adhered, along with customer satisfaction
- Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-day target)
- Shift Timings : Rotational Males - 24*7, Only Males
- Flexible to get scattered 6 Week Offs in a month with 9hours shift
- Salary : 20-23k In hand
- Age - Up to 29 years
- No transportation facility.
- Transportation boundaries : Kurla - Kalyan (Can consider Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, Badlapur), Airoli to Seawoods.

No western line
- Rounds of Interview : HR, TL, Team Manager round.

**Hiring for Call Centre Department - Customer Service Voice Process.**
- Need Graduate Freshers only (No CA/Dr./ BSC / BSC. IT profiles)
- Freshers as well as experienced can apply.
- Need Excellent comms with MS Excel & Word Knowledge (B28 high quality)
- Raise Requests & Complaints on behalf of the customer in the CRM tool.
- Age - Up to 32 years

- Transportation boundary: CST to Andheri / Bhayander / Powai / Kurla

- AR Trainee - HSC/Graduate Freshers
- AR Associate - 3 to 6 months of Domestic BPO Experience and non bpo experience will also be considered.

- Requirement - Good comms skills, Fluency, Grammar (B28 - B28 high)

- AR Trainee - 10,700 (during training) 12,250 (post 3 months training) Net+5k incentives
- AR Associate - 15,000 - 17,000 Net +5k incentives.
- WO - 5 days working (sat and sun fixed off)
