**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Ticketing Operations**:

- Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage tickets for domestic and international travel.
- Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances of tickets as per client requirements.
- Monitor and resolve any ticketing-related issues promptly.

2. **Customer Support**:

- Address client queries related to ticketing, fares, and routing.

3. **System Handling**:

- Proficiently operate GDS (Global Distribution Systems) like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre for ticketing and reservation purposes.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and booking processes.

4. **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with airlines, travel suppliers, and internal teams for smooth ticketing operations.
- Keep clients informed about travel updates, schedule changes, and policies.

5. **Reporting & Compliance**:

- Maintain logs of transactions and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in **airline ticketing** or travel services (minimum 1-2 years).
- Proficiency in GDS systems like **Amadeus**, **Galileo**, or **Sabre** (certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing policies, fare rules, and international routing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a **remote setting** with mínimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a conducive work-from-home setup.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in handling clients during night hours or flexible with night shifts.
- Familiarity with visa regulations, baggage policies, and travel restrictions is a plus.

**Work Hours**:

- Night Shift (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST)
