**Job Title**: Drafter cum Visualizer

**Location**: Bangalore (Hybrid - Online + Office)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Concept Kalari** is a creative architecture and design studio driven by innovation, precision, and storytelling through design. We focus on crafting spaces that merge functionality, culture, and aesthetics — from modern residences to commercial environments.

You will collaborate closely with architects and designers to bring conceptual ideas to life — both technically and visually.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed **architectural drawings**, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
- Develop **3D models and photorealistic renders** using SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
- Work on **design presentations**, mood boards, and visualization outputs for client communication.
- Coordinate with architects to ensure accuracy and consistency between drawings and 3D visuals.
- Support the design team in both **conceptual and technical stages** of projects.
- Manage project files, drawing sets, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Drafting or equivalent.
- **2+ years of professional experience** in architectural drafting and visualization.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape, Photoshop**.
- Strong understanding of **architectural detailing, scale, and presentation aesthetics**.
- Ability to work both **independently and collaboratively** in a design team.
- Good communication skills and an eye for design detail.

**Work Model**
- **Hybrid**: Combination of online collaboration and in-office work at our Bangalore studio.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
