**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and bid on potential projects** across platforms such as **Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and PPH** for services including web development, app development, software development, and digital marketing.
- **Draft custom proposals** and cover letters tailored to client requirements.
- **Conduct daily research** to identify prospective clients and understand project requirements.
- Maintain **daily bidding quota** and track responses, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand service offerings and client needs.
- Build and maintain **client relationships** by ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with senior business development managers for lead handovers and strategy planning.
- Maintain records of leads, bids, conversations, and project outcomes using spreadsheets or CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- **0-6 months** of experience in online bidding/business development through freelancing portals.
- Familiarity with **Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, PPH** (PeoplePerHour) or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of **web and mobile development**, digital marketing, or software services.
- Excellent **written communication skills** and ability to draft professional proposals.
- Basic understanding of project lifecycle, client expectations, and pricing structures.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Willingness to **learn new tools and platforms** for lead generation and client communication.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Understanding of **SEO/PPC services**, especially if bidding for digital marketing projects.
- Experience working with **CRM tools** like HubSpot, Zoho, or Bitrix24.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Graduation in any stream (BBA, MBA, BCA, B.Tech, B.Com, etc.).
- Certification or training in business development, bidding, or digital marketing is an added advantage.
