Key Responsibilities:
Installation:
Install and configure various types of cabling systems including CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a, fiber optics, electrical and coaxial cables.

Install network hardware such as racks, junction boxes, LIU, joint closures, switches, routers, and patch panels etc.

Set up and connect physical layer connectivity of telecommunications equipment.

Material handling and upkeep.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of cabling systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity and performance including Layer 1 & Layer 2 fault diagnosis.

Repair or replace damaged cables and components.

Testing and Certification:
Test and certify cabling installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Use testing tools to verify the integrity and performance of the cabling infrastructure. Test like penta scanning, ethernet testing, OTDR. LSPM etc.

Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and modifications.

Update cabling diagrams and schematics as changes are made.

Installation/ Acceptance Test sign-off from concerned agencies.

Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.

Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local codes and regulations.

Customer Interaction:
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and end-users.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
