Female Telecaller

About Us:
Medi Skin & Hair Clinic is a trusted name in Pune for advanced skin and hair care solutions, including hair transplants, PRP therapy, laser treatments, and aesthetic procedures. We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and well-spoken Female Telecaller to connect with potential clients, explain our treatments, and drive appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to leads and inquiries received through ads, website, and social media.

Explain various skin and hair treatments (training will be provided).

Book consultations and maintain follow-ups with leads.

Manage appointment schedule and client data in CRM or Google Sheets.

Convince and guide customers professionally, focusing on service quality.

Work towards achieving monthly appointment & conversion targets.

**Required Skills**:
Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.

Polite and convincing tone.

Basic knowledge of skin/hair treatments is a plus (training will be given).

Confident and customer-focused attitude.

Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets/WhatsApp CRM).
