**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry and Accuracy**:Input large volumes of data with speed and accuracy into databases and spreadsheets.
Verify and cross-reference data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
Detect and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries.

**Database Management**:Maintain and update databases regularly.
Ensure data integrity and security.
Perform regular data quality checks to identify and rectify discrepancies.

**Documentation**:Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
Prepare and compile reports and documentation as needed.
Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for data entry.

**Communication**:Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to obtain necessary information for data entry.
Report any data discrepancies or issues promptly to the relevant stakeholders.

**Confidentiality**:Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.

**Experience**:Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
Familiarity with data entry software and tools.

**Skills**:Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Basic knowledge of data processing and analysis.
Good organizational and time-management skills.

**Communication**:Effective verbal and written communication skills.

**Problem-Solving**:Ability to identify and address data-related issues.

Marathi, Hindi, English typing is must.
