The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all processes and systems are running efficiently. This role involves managing staff, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring that the company's objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Operations Manager will work closely with other departments to support overall business goals and improve productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company or specific departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Manage and mentor a team of employees, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and communication.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- **Budget Management**:

- Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Monitor expenditures and financial performance, making adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead and coordinate operational projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and timelines.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure that customer service standards are met or exceeded.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- Operations: 1 year (preferred)
