UX Designer

A UI/UX Designer will be part of a Professional Services team and work productively with product owner, architect and other key stakeholders to design and deliver best user experience and bespoke apps to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives. This person will be responsible for architecture as well as developing the solution. This Person needs to have a creative, innovative, and inspiring personality with phenomenal empathy and strong passion for design to deliver the best user experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Act as the ultimate authority on UX design to address business problems. Provides direction for process design, process integration and process change activities either internally or at customer sites.
- Act as solution consultant to strategic Sales/Pre-Sales pursuits and Services projects, providing guidance through the complexity of solution architecture options and the long-term roadmap for the solution.
- Design and deliver the solution ensuring that the technical integrity of the solution remains aligned to requirements and value delivery throughout project and that the various project solutions will work together to deliver value.
- Encouraging and enabling our developers by developing and sharing valuable UI/UX content, patterns and standard methodologies.
- Working on multiple exciting agile projects simultaneously but part-time to ensure successful UX design and implementation
- Skills / Attributes Required

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5-8 years of work experience as a UX designer, ideally within an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience building UX output such as wireframes, design mock-ups, flow charts, functional specifications, and style guides.
- A solid understanding of HTML, CSS and Bootstrap with shown Photoshop or Illustrator experience.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus
- Proficient communication in English
