Work under the supervision of the Design Engineer.
- Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with Auto-cad and Solid-works systems.
- Communicating with engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
- Ensuring final designs are complete with all details and dimensions.
- Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
- Calculating dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials, Assembly, Sub-Assembly and spare parts etc.
- Describing production methods step-by-step (including equipment and software types to be used)
- Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) and Solid-works software Use computer-aided design software to create 2D and 3D technical drawings
- Design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow
- Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality
- Ensure final designs comply with all dimensions and quality standards
- Create maintenance manuals that describe existing products’ operation, features and maintenance
- Edit technical draughts based on the recommendations of project engineers
- Be responsible for the production of all fabrication’s drawings upon request to the relevant standards and procedures
- Ensure that all drawings and work instructions are kept up to date
- Carry out material take offs and prepare material lists
- Carry out regular programme monitoring to identify changes in the status of the projects
- Maintain history sheet of customers and update it from time to time and also track record of wear parts. If wear of parts are abnormal then point out the same to Head of department and also convey to service and sales department. So that they can take corrective action
- Develop the budget costing documents and technical reports with the coordination of an Superior.
- Handle complex designing and drafting assignments under mínimal supervision.
- Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Production engineer
- Work with Engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and design documentation.
- Work closely with Designers, Drafters, and Engineers to ensure coordination design effort is maintained.
- Complete project responsibilities within scope, budget and schedule.
- Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.
- Develop 3D models by analysing prototypes and 2D drawings.
- Examine and check engineering drawings for compliance with cited specifications.
- Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team.
- Participate in project meetings and conference calls as required.
- Prepare engineering documents for customer submittal.
- Compute mathematical formulas to find correct dimensions.
- Create nesting from written and verbal specifications obtained from Production engineer
- Create detailed layout of project.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
