Mobile Repair Technician

Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in computer skills.
- Develop and customize training materials based on the target audience and their proficiency levels.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and through virtual platforms.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and incorporate relevant content into training programs.
- Evaluate participants' progress and adjust training methods accordingly.
- Assist in the development of training schedules and curriculum planning.
- Offer one-on-one support to address specific learning needs.
- Collaborate with other trainers and instructional designers to enhance training programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
