**Introduction**:
The Credit Trading Technology team is looking for a skilled project manager (combined with business analysis responsibilities) who is ready to accept the challenge of managing Stability, Market Risk & Control (MRC) and Tech Debt projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an AVP level project manager to help deliver on front office technology platforms across Credit products. This role will have responsibility for managing delivery of Regulatory, External/Internal Audit, and Industry driven projects. This role will have accountability to our front office as well as the global MRC delivery function.

What will you be doing?
- Managing of project activities through its full lifecycle from inception to implementation
- Monitoring and reporting of key project deliverables/risk/issues
- Managing Risks, Issues and Dependencies
- Status Reporting, and communications with stakeholders
- Budgeting and Financial Forecasting
- Adhere to Barclays Change Control framework

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience delivering high-performance software in a project management function, with both in house and vendor systems.
- Experience working with Agile project methodology and associated tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills and ease in articulating status to tech and business stakeholders, must be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced trading environment and background in a corporate setting.
- Ease in working with matrixed and global environments. Understanding of a front-to-back stack in a trading environment.
- Background in development a plus.
- Background in trading technology a plus
- Background in Fixed Income products a plus
