**Web Content Writer (M/F)**

Website writer responsibilities include producing a wide variety of content for the Web, from articles and reviews to game scripts. They can often make their own schedules, but they may have to work odd hours to meet the demands of multiple clients. These writers also can have the added pressure of constantly searching for additional writing assignments

**Job Duties**

Web content writers are expected to create work that is optimised for the Web. Common Web content writing practices include:

- Succinct, fact-filled content
- An engaging, active tone
- Writing broken up by subheadings
- Use of bulleted lists
- Embedded links throughout the text Due to the digital nature of the work, web content writers are often required to know basic design fundamentals and be familiar with digital content management systems.

Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services

Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems

Proofread and edit blog posts before publication

Submit work to editors for input and approval

Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

Promote content on social media

Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

Update website content as needed.

**Job requirements**
- Any degree with relevant experience
- 2-3 years of experience as a video specialist or similar role
- Creative thinker
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad - 500033, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Content writing: 3 years (preferred)
